The last few months have been hectic to say the least. I had my medical school finals (which I passed), so unless I do something daft in the next few months I’ll be graduating with “Dr” in front of my name! Anyway, here’s a few things I’ve been up to in the meantime.
Strength Table
The above graphic is fron my new project which is a collaboration with Ben Coker from Elite Kinetics and Alex Brooker and Adam Hope from APC. It aims to bring together the best coaches from around the world and have them talk shop on topics related to health, fitness and performance.
The first discussion was on squats, and ended up being just over 6000 words. You can check out the project and the first discussion here.
I’m really excited about this project and we have some great roundtables lined up in the near future.

Men’s Fitness
I contributed to a feature in the March issue of Men’s Fitness titled the “Five Minute Fix”. I added my thoughts on a 5-minute warm up, and a 5-minute fix for shoulder pain. The feature also featured some fantastic advice from some top-notch coaches including Jack Lovett, Sean Keefe and Ben Coomber. Check it out!

Men’s Health
I recently ticked off another of my life goals by having a piece of my work published in the January/February issue of Men’s Health. You can check it out on page 71 where I cover three different types of push ups. Well worth a read…
TEDxSalford
I recently went to a awesome conference and you can check out the notes I took here.
That’s it for now!

Congrats on passing medical school, looking forward to seeing further developments.
Thanks mate! Hope you’re well.
